RESIDENTIAL TENANCY AGREEMENT

THIS RESIDENTIAL TENANCY AGREEMENT ("Agreement" ) is made on this ____ day of __________ 20____.

BETWEEN

4. SECURITY DEPOSIT

4. Cleaning costs where the Premises are not returned in substantially the condition required by this Agreement; and

5. Any other lawful amount owing by the Tenant at the termination of the tenancy.
